Alta Etched in Steel "Steel" X Showkayce If I Had Words "Fly"​

I’m thrilled to share an exciting update from Showkayce Miniature American Shepherds. My girl Showkayce If I Had Words (“Fly”) has officially come into heat and will be bred in the next few weeks to Alta Etched in Steel. 

Both parents have completed full genetic DNA health testing as well as OFA evaluations, ensuring a strong foundation for healthy, well‑bred puppies.

This upcoming litter is a repeat cross, and many families have told me it’s one of my very best. These puppies have consistently shown wonderful, affectionate temperaments, outstanding color, and exceptional overall health. Fly herself holds an OFA Certified Excellent Hip Rating, something I’m incredibly proud of.

Here’s the current estimated timeline:

• Breeding: Early February

• Puppies Due: Early April

• Go‑Home Date: Mid‑June (I keep puppies until 9 weeks)
